Approximately 50% of the current 8th grade students and their parents visited Glasgow High School for the Spring Preview Night for Rising Freshmen event. Mr. Gibson came up with the idea to showcase elective courses and clubs available to the incoming freshmen. According to Gibson, “freshmen need to know more about the elective courses offered at GHS so they can make informed choices when it comes to their schedules. This event is a starting step for freshmen thinking about career pathways and what they might want to study.”
